Direct bookings
Guests can request a stay on your own site, with no commission to a booking site. You see the request, check the calendar and accept it. Those nights are then closed on your other booking sites too.
Owners
At the end of the month, each owner's report is ready from your bookings: what came in, your fee, costs, and what they get paid. Owners open it in their own portal, in baht.
